Custom Skincare Case RFQ: Logo, Structure and Product Fit

Skincare Brand / RFQ Preparation

By Vivi Lu | Ecoicolor Sales Manager

A request for a special skincare case with a company name is useful, but it is not yet quote-ready. The structure, product fit, logo route, material and sample approval path must be defined together.

Buyer Summary

For skincare brands developing a structured or stitched case, confirm the product map before the outer appearance. Send actual product dimensions or physical samples, target case size, logo method, material route, quantity and sample timing. Sewn cases normally start from MOQ 500; the final route still depends on structure and components.

Buyer insight: a company name does not yet define the case

A recent enquiry asked whether Ecoicolor could make a special skincare case with the company name. That wording signals a branded project, but a reliable quote still needs to answer what the case carries, how it opens, how rigid it should feel and how the logo should be applied.

The most useful first step is a product map. Bottle height, cap width, jar diameter, tube length and removal direction determine the internal space. If the buyer fixes an outer size without checking the products, a sample can follow the stated dimensions and still be impractical.

Separate product fit from exterior styling

Decision Share before quotation Approve on the sample
Product map Product dimensions, photos, weights and preferred orientation. Clearance, removal order, divider height and movement.
Outer structure Soft pouch, semi-structured case, stitched vanity case or framed organizer. Shape retention, lid balance, handle load and zipper path.
Interior route Lining, elastic loops, dividers, pockets or removable tray. Stitching, cleaning, product contact and usable capacity.
Branding Logo file, size, position and preferred method. Embroidery density, print edge, foil pressure or woven-label placement.

Use Pantone Connect1 to communicate a target color, but approve it on the real PU, fabric, lining or paper route. A digital value is a reference, not proof that every material will look identical.

What changes the sample cost

Existing material route

A current PU, fabric, lining or zipper can reduce development work when its color and performance fit the brief.

Custom color or hardware

Dyed fabric, custom zipper, molded puller, special frame or uncommon lining can add setup cost and lead time.

Interior complexity

Multiple dividers, elastic loops, removable trays and precise product wells need more pattern and fit work.

Logo process

Embroidery, foil, screen print and woven labels have different files, setup costs and sample limits.

For textile material documentation, OEKO-TEX Standard 1002 can support a material-review conversation where the selected route and supplier records allow it. Retail projects may also need barcode planning; GS1 US barcode planning3 is useful when the case includes a swing tag, belly band or retail carton.

Best fit and less suitable enquiries

Best fit

A skincare or beauty brand with real products, an estimated order quantity, logo artwork, a target market and willingness to approve a physical sample.

Less suitable

One-piece consumer requests, no-brand projects, no quantity, or an instruction to copy a case without product dimensions or approval responsibility.

Main product route

Review the broader capability on the custom cosmetic bag manufacturer page before sending the final brief.

First RFQ checklist

  • Brand and sales channel: skincare retail, e-commerce, GWP, travel set or professional use.
  • Product list with dimensions, weight, photos and preferred orientation.
  • Target case size and structure: soft, semi-structured or rigid stitched route.
  • Outer material, lining, zipper, handle, window, divider and pocket preferences.
  • Logo artwork, method, position and target color reference.
  • Quantity, destination country, target sample date and launch window.

Send a custom skincare case brief

Share product dimensions or samples, preferred case structure, logo file, quantity, material direction, destination market and target sample date for an initial feasibility review.

よくあるご質問

Can Ecoicolor quote a skincare case from a logo and reference photo?

A preliminary review is possible, but a reliable quote also needs product dimensions, structure, material, quantity and packing details.

Should the buyer send physical skincare products?

Actual products or accurate dummies are strongly preferred for fit-sensitive interiors. Dimensions and photos are the minimum starting point.

What is the typical MOQ?

Sewn cosmetic cases normally start from MOQ 500, subject to material, structure, hardware and color route.

Can the case use embroidery or a woven label?

Yes. Embroidery, screen print, foil and woven labels are possible routes, but the selected material and logo size determine suitability.

When should retail packing be confirmed?

Confirm tissue, swing tags, belly bands, poly bags and carton labels before the final sample so pack-out labor and dimensions are not added late.
