Velvet, PU Leather, or Canvas — defines the look and feel of your brand.
Rigid greyboard or PE sheet — this is what gives the case its firm, non-collapsible shape.
Sponge padding, often 3-5mm, can be reviewed by bottle weight, lining fabric and sample fit.
Structured fabric cases use a board or PE sheet core between the outer fabric and inner lining. This helps the case keep a more defined shape than a simple pouch, while sample testing confirms the final fit.

- FSC, GRS, OEKO-TEX or other documents are discussed only when they match the selected material, supplier record and project scope.
- For review, send the product dimensions, quantity by item, target price, artwork status, ship-to country and launch window.

Can you add a logo to structured fabric cases?

Are structured fabric cases the same as EVA hard shell cases?
No. Structured fabric cases use fabric, lining, padding and board or PE sheet inserts. EVA hard shell cases use molded EVA shells and foam inserts. For higher compression requirements, compare both sample routes.
