Velvet, PU Leather, or Canvas — defines the look and feel of your brand.
Rigid greyboard or PE sheet — this is what gives the case its firm, non-collapsible shape.
Sponge padding, often 3-5mm, can be reviewed by bottle weight, lining fabric and sample fit.
Structured fabric cases use a board or PE sheet core between the outer fabric and inner lining. This helps the case keep a more defined shape than a simple pouch, while sample testing confirms the final fit.
