What should a buyer verify before shortlisting Ecoicolor?
Confirm the legal company and contact details, the proposed production route, product scope, MOQ, sample plan, applicable document holder and validity, QC checkpoints, packing responsibilities and shipping handoff. Ecoicolor can review these items against the actual project; a generic certificate list should not replace project-specific due diligence.
Which products follow sewn and paper production routes?
Sewn products include cosmetic bags, fabric pouches, drawstring pouches, stitched cases and similar soft packaging, normally with an MOQ of 500 units. Paper products include rigid boxes, drawer boxes, folding cartons, paper tubes, paper inserts and jewelry paper boxes, normally with an MOQ of 1,000 units.
Can Ecoicolor coordinate several packaging components for one launch?
Yes. A buyer can submit one launch brief covering boxes, tubes, inserts, pouches, bags, cards or accessories. Each component still needs its own material route, dimensions, MOQ, sample approval and production checkpoint, so coordination does not remove component-specific approval.
What should be approved before bulk production?
Approve the final structure, dimensions, dieline and artwork, material and color reference, logo method, surface finish, insert or product fit, opening and closure function, packing method, carton marks and the agreed sample route before bulk production.
How is quality control planned for a custom packaging project?
QC checkpoints are set by product and project scope. They may cover incoming materials, dimensions, structure, color consistency, logo position, stitching or edge finish, insert fit, quantity, packing and shipment protection. Buyers should state any required inspection standard, test method or report before quotation and sample approval.
Which factory, audit and certification documents can be reviewed?
Applicable factory-audit, quality-management, material and supplier records may be reviewed for the selected production route. Examples may include BSCI, SMETA, ISO 9001, FSC-related or GRS-related records where the holder, facility, product or material scope and validity apply. Availability should be confirmed for the specific project rather than assumed for every product.
How should FSC, GRS and recycled-material claims be checked?
Match each claim to the selected material, supplier record, certificate holder, covered scope, validity period and order requirements. FSC paper, recycled paper and GRS-related recycled material are different evidence routes. Final claim wording should be confirmed only after the applicable material and documents are selected.
What should a buyer send for due diligence and quotation review?
Share the company or brand name, product category and intended use, quantity by component, product dimensions or a physical sample, artwork status, preferred material route, destination country, launch date, target price range, packing needs and required factory, material or certification documents.
