• Can you match the box size to my specific bottle shape?

  Yes. We do not use “generic” sizes. We create a custom dieline based on the exact diameter and height of your bottle + dropper cap to ensure a snug fit.

• What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  Thanks to our digital printing options, we can support smaller runs for indie brands, while our offset Heidelberg presses handle orders of 10,000+ units with ease.

• Are these boxes suitable for shipping directly to customers?

  Folding cartons are for retail display. If you are shipping D2C (Direct to Consumer), we recommend placing the folding carton inside one of our Corrugated E-commerce Mailers for final transit protection.

• What is the difference between C1S Art Paper and Kraft Paper for oil printing?

  C1S Art Paper (Coated One Side) provides a smooth, bright white canvas. It is best for vibrant, high-resolution printing, gradients, and metallic foil stamping—ideal for a “premium luxury” look.

  In contrast, Papier kraft recyclé has a natural brown texture that absorbs slightly more ink, resulting in muted, retro colors. It is the perfect choice for brands positioning themselves as organic, earthy, and minimalist.

• Do I need a corrugated insert for 30ml bottles?

  For standard 30ml essential oil bottles, a bulk corrugated insert is usually unnecessary if using our high-density 350gsm or 400gsm cardstock.

  We engineer the box with a precise “friction fit” (tight tolerance) to hold the bottle securely without rattling. However, for larger volumes (100ml+) or delicate glass droppers, we can design a lightweight cardstock inner lock to protect the cap without the bulk of corrugated cardboard.
