Woven fabrics






Woven fabrics including Canvas, Denim, Linen, Satin, Wool, Velvet, Twill, Flannel, Tweed, and Crepe, Can be made with natural material, synthetic material, and a hybrid of both. Most of the bags use woven fabrics for lining.
Natural woven fabric materials
The representative natural woven fabric bag materials are cotton, besides that, we also have Linen, Wool, Silk, Hemp, Jute, Bamboo fiber, Banana fiber, Pineapple Fiber, and Tencel. Those natural materials have good stability, wrinkle resistance, ease of care, safety, and biodegradability in common.
Synthetic woven fabric materials
Basically, all the synthetic woven fabrics are made with Polyester ou Nylon. They can be made into almost anything that natural material can, with much lower costs. The downside is they are avoided by environmental people, less durable, suffer from high temperatures, and might wrinkled.
There is also Microfiber, which is a material for protecting items that would be easily scratched. Most seem in Jewelry boxes, watch boxes and glass boxes.
Hybrid woven fabrics
The hybrid woven fabrics are generally a mix of cotton with Polyester, Nylon, Polyamide, and Polypropylene. The hybrid fabric is usually for achieving some delicate functions instead of making a bag, and they are releasing mass quantities of microplastics, so we will not further discuss this.
Leather

Leather bags are often considered luxurious, including two main catalogs: genuine leather and faux leather(or vegan leather).
Genuine Leather
Genuine leather, also called real leather. Is an animal leather that contains from animals, and while it has the best performance in every aspect, the process of gaining genuine leather is often considered cruel.
Faux Leather(Vegan Leather)
Faux leather, Artificia leather, or Vegan leather is a more ideal material for bags, as the bags don’t need the extreme performance of genuine leather, the famous luxury brands are also using faux leather for their bags. Despite having less performance in every aspect comparing Genuine Leather, Vegan leather can be custom-made with desired gains and generally at a more friendly cost. In this catalog, we have two specific types of vegan leather: synthetic leather and plant-based leather.
Synthetic Leather
The synthetic leathers is typically made with unrenewable materials, they offer affordable costs and good performance. Synthetic leather has PU leather, PVC leather, PVB leather, and some more sustainable alternatives of recycled PU leather, and recycled PVB leather.
Plant-Based Leather
Plant-based leathers are a new player that is more sustainable and luxurious. Plant-based leathers are like wildflowers in spring, they bloom, there are so many Plant-Based Leather you can name: Piñatex, Cork, Apple, Mushroom, MuSkin, Cactus, Grape, Coconut, Banana, Corn, Mango, Kombucha, Teak leaf, Coffee, Eucalyptus, Mulberry tree bark, Olive leaf, Lotus flower, Palm leaf, Rice husk, Seaweed… Each one of them has its character waiting for you to find out.
Plastic Films
Plastic films are made with unrenewable resources like PVC, TPU, and EVA. Plastic films have the best performance of waterproofing and washability, is an ideal choice for toiletry bags, also used as a window for gift bags. They are mostly transparent, mixed with color or holographic.


Mesh
Mesh is a material with the property of boldness and sexiness, it dares you to peek at what’s inside a bag, it’s a showoff of one’s confidence. The most common mesh materials for bag are cotton mesh, nylon mesh, PET(Polyester) mesh, and PVC mesh
Paper
Paper material includes Kraft paper and Tyvek paper, is a sustainable and biodegradable material. They can help you establish an eco-friendly connection to your customer, but please be mind that they are less durable.


Glitter
Glitter materials are just like faux leather, only that the glitter has an extra layer of glitters mixed in the plastic materials.
Reed and Straws
Reed and Straws represent nature, sustainable, and eco-friendly. they are breathable and cool, and can be structured to create various bag styles. It’s a good choice for summer. Common materials for bags have: Rattan, Seagrass, Raffia, Jute, Paper Straw, PP straw, and PP reed.
